Trust & verification
Trust is built into the WorkBridge workflow.
WorkBridge combines verification, controlled visibility, role-based access, workflow records, and security controls to help workers and employers make better-informed marketplace decisions.
Human-reviewed verification
Where verification is required, authorised WorkBridge administrators review supporting information and record a verification outcome.
Role-aware access
Workers, employers, employer administrators, and WorkBridge administrators receive different access based on their responsibilities.
Protected information
Direct contact details and sensitive supporting documents are restricted to the people and workflow stages that require them.
Traceable activity
Application, work, proof, payment-status, and privileged administration events can be recorded to support accountability and investigation.
What verification means
A WorkBridge verification indicator means that the platform reviewed information available at the time of verification. It is not a guarantee of future conduct, competence, payment, identity continuity, or the outcome of a job. Workers and employers remain responsible for their own decisions and legal obligations.
